Why Work as a Cover Supervisor?
Cover Supervisor roles offer hands-on experience managing a classroom, delivering pre-set lessons, and supporting students in their learning. It's the perfect opportunity to build your confidence, develop essential behaviour management skills, and gain a real insight into school life all while being paid.

What We Offer:

• Daily pay between £90 to £130, depending on experience

• Placements in a variety of welcoming and supportive secondary schools

• A dedicated consultant (that's me!) to guide and support your journey

• Opportunities for ongoing CPD and professional development

• Flexible work to suit your availability - ideal for gaining experience before teacher training

What We're Looking For:

• A strong interest in becoming a teacher or working in education

• Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching)

• Confidence in leading a classroom and managing behaviour

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
