Are you an experienced Upholstery Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Grays, Essex, is seeking a skilled individual to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

• Assist in the upholstery of furniture and soft furnishings to a high standard.
• Prepare materials, tools, and components for upholstery tasks.
• Support senior upholsterers with cutting, sewing, stapling, and assembling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Perform general workshop duties as required.

• Previous experience in upholstery is essential - ideally within a manufacturing or workshop setting.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
• Physically fit and capable of handling materials and tools.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.50.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - no weekend work!
• Opportunity to transition to a permanent role after a successful temp period.
