URGENT: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Needed – Immediate Start | L20 Area

Are you an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant with a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We’re looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEN TA to join a supportive primary school in the L20 area, with an immediate start.

Role Details:

• Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

• Start Date:Immediate

• Location: L20, Liverpool

• Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only

The Role:

• Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis with identified SEN needs

• Delivering personalised support to help meet EHCP targets

• Working closely with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment

? Requirements:

• Level 3 TA qualification preferred (Level 2 accepted with strong SEN experience)

• Proven experience supporting children with a range of SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language)

• Confident, compassionate, and proactive approach

• Valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
