What You Will Do:

- Design intuitive and elegant user interfaces for in-vehicle systems, ensuring they align with human-centred design principles and industry standards.

- Use Figma and prototyping tools to translate complex requirements into clear, testable interaction concepts.

- Collaborate with DesignOps to evolve the design system and component library, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.

- Partner with researchers and behavioural scientists to validate and refine interface concepts through user testing.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and design reviews as part of a cross-functional team.

- Incorporate feedback and insights to continuously improve designs and contribute to the evolution of the company's design system.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in UX design, ideally within complex or embedded systems.

- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including research, prototyping, testing, and delivery.

- Proficiency in Figma, with expertise in components, variants, auto layout, and libraries.

- A solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and user experience principles.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
