What You Will Do:

- Plan and execute UX testing activities across vehicles and prototype platforms, including virtual reality and functional prototypes.

- Conduct usability testing using both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess digital interfaces.

- Collaborate with UX Designers to identify friction points and recommend improvements to usability and flow.

- Capture and communicate user insights in a clear and actionable format to support design decisions.

- Contribute to the creation of benchmarking insights, user personas, and attribute tracking.

- Actively participate in sprint planning, maintain relevant testing documentation, and support early concept validation.
