£250-300 per day - Outside IR35

A well-established online healthcare company is searching for a Lead UX/UI Designer on a contract basis. With a rapidly growing roadmap and multiple exciting streams of work across both human and pet health, they need a confident, proactive designer who can hit the ground running.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working across 45+ live projects with another 35+ in the roadmap - you'll never be short of variety
• Designing for end-to-end customer journeys across web and app, including areas like prescriptions, health services, vaccinations, pet prescriptions, and OTC products
• Bringing strong UX thinking and polished UI execution to every brief, balancing usability with brand
• Navigating a regulated industry - so an eye for compliance and how it shapes design and CTAs will really help
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams

Skills & Experience

• A strong background in UX/UI, with e-commerce and healthcare experience
• Experience working agency-side would be a benefit
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment is a big plus
• A great personality and attitude - you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling high volumes of work without dropping quality
• Expertise working with Adobe Suite and Figma
