Overview
Are you an experienced procurement professional looking to take on a dynamic and rewarding role in a world-class defence and aerospace organisation? BAE Systems is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support key programmes including Typhoon, Hawk, and Tornado

Skills

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
• ERP systems proficiency (LN, IFS, EMS preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience managing order books and resolving delivery/invoice issues

The Job

• End-to-end procurement management: from order placement to delivery and closure
• Engaging with suppliers to ensure delivery adherence, quality compliance, and issue resolution
• Leading order book reviews and managing data within ERP systems (LN, IFS, EMS)
• Monitoring performance metrics and escalating issues where needed
• Ensuring all contractual, legislative, and compliance requirements are met
