Join a high-impact team supporting critical defence programmes within BAE Systems’ Air Project Finance Capability Centre. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Subcontractor to help clear a backlog of activities within their Orders to Receipts team, supporting major projects such as F35 Production, Development, and T45 Organisation
.

The Job

• Investigate and analyse finance-related lines within IT systems to determine corrective actions.
• Interrogate options, recommend solutions, and follow through to completion.
• Identify root causes of issues and suggest process improvements for long-term efficiency.
• Maintain a detailed action plan to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of activities.
• Provide regular updates and escalate issues in a timely, clear manner.

Skills

• Clear communication skills across all levels of the business.
• Experience working with or adapting quickly to finance/ERP systems.
• A self-starter with the ability to manage daily activities with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
