Vantagepoint Consultant - Finance Module Specialist

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Deltek Vantagepoint Consultant to join an upcoming transformation programme. This role is perfect for a hands-on, delivery-focused specialist who thrives on making systems work smarter – particularly across the Finance module.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Hybrid – London base (2–3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 3–6 months

Rate: £400-£450/day Outside IR35

You’ll be the go-to expert, capable of both leading and delivering design changes, configurations, and process improvements within Vantagepoint. Project and change management skills are appreciated – but we’re really after a doer with proven technical ability to roll up their sleeves and get into the detail.

?Deltek Vantagepoint Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Implement changes to standard and custom Global Invoice Templates Optimise Batch Billing and draft Invoice approvals
• Design a one-stop-shop solution for the billing cycle
• Create a solution for multi-payer invoices
• Improve dashboard functionality and visualisations
• Develop a Write-off custom report
• Deliver training on Retainers/Add-ons
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions on key modules (e.g. Batch Billing, Dashboards, Contract Management, Workflows)
• Execute a portfolio of small process improvement projects: workflows, data cleansing, reporting, config alignment
• Lead internal team through design and implementation of system enhancements
• Drive updates in CRM, pipeline/orderbook, workflows, dashboards, and more
