Virtual CISO (vCISO) / Advisory Consultant - Fintech

Location: Remote (with potential on-site meetings)

Engagement: Initial 2-4 week assessment, with potential for ongoing part-time support

A small fintech is seeking an experienced Virtual CISO (vCISO) to conduct an initial security assessment over 2-4 weeks. This role has the potential to transition into an ongoing part-time advisory engagement, providing strategic security leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Recent experience as a CISO, vCISO, or Head of Security in a fintech or similar-sized financial services firm.
• Strong understanding of fintech security challenges, including cloud security, data protection, and compliance.
• Experience conducting security assessments and providing executive-level recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
