Vehicle Engineering & Integration Technical Group Leader in Lighthorne, Warwick (CV35), CV35 0RR | Expleo Group Search Search Vehicle Engineering & Integration Technical Group Leader Expleo Group View Profile Lighthorne, Warwick (CV35), CV35 0RR Contract Published: 4 days ago Negotiable Vehicle Engineering & Integration Technical Group Leader Expleo Group Expleo is looking for a Vehicle Engineering & Integration Technical Group Leader to be based in Warwickshire on an annual contract, leading cross-functional engineering delivery for cutting-edge automotive platforms. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:- Accountable as the leader and final technical arbitrator, integrating and delivering the engineering for the given vehicle zone whilst ensuring compatibility with target vehicle package layout, the commodity/system strategies and functional targets. Lead Group functional integration within the given zone, to drive out complexity and deliver the most efficient technical solutions. Work closely with Vehicle Attribute teams to deliver to targets Drive Zonal Group coordinated technical data progression (CAD, DV, commodity/system design freeze & releasing) with squads & interfacing team leads. Oversee delivery into both virtual and physical verification and validation. Drive Zonal cross squad obstacle resolution, ensuring timely escalation to the Vehicle Engineering Manager as required. Ensure prompt escalation of Zonal technical blockers/incompatibilities to Vehicle/Chapter/Enterprise leadership via the Obstacle process Support study & Agile spike activities to solve complex engineering problems Skills Required:- Automotive technical knowledge and extensive experience of complex interactions, including technical analysis & decision-making. Excellent written and verbal technical communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Experience in leading teams of people to solve complex technical issues using a structured approach e.g 8D and/or Six Sigma Project Management experience of delivery against a complex set of Programme technical deliverables.
