The ideal candidate

• Master’s degree (M.Ed., MA in Education, or equivalent) in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a school setting, preferably in an international or multicultural environment
• Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and leading curriculum development
• Experience with curriculum design, assessment strategies, and instructional leadership
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Capacity to align academic strategies with the school’s mission and long-term goals
• Innovative mindset with a focus on academic excellence and operational efficiency
