Video Production Assistant

A global household name in retail, based in Leeds, are looking for a passionate production junior to join the team as a Production Assistant. This is the perfect role for someone starting out in their career and has a love for creative/production.

The role is an initial 3 month contract, which is likely to extend or become perm.

Approx £150 - 170 per day.

Full time, 3 days in Leeds office, 2 days from home.

About the role:

Assisting the Production team (editors, video AMs, producers) with administrative tasks including;

• Using the inhouse video platform to upload and monitor video approvals.
• Raising PO’s in the brands accounting system.
• Working with AM/Traffic Management, as well as Production teams to update on post production schedules for multiple projects/campaigns.
• Update and maintain the digital video library – ensuring file names are consistent and that video edits are available to the wider business.
• Possible help on shoots as/when required – logistics/running.

About you:

• Ideal experience working in a similar Production Assistant role in house or agency side, but could be from a junior marketing/production background and keen to learn.
• Able to juggle multiple projects at one time, in a very busy environment.
• Proactive, with great stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Filming/Editing skills would be great, but not essential.
