What You Will Do:

- Collaborate with internal teams to collect and compile both non-geometric and geometric data, using in-house CAD software.

- Identify opportunities to automate existing processes within virtual factory workflows and build required KPIs.

- Develop programming code in languages such as Python, VB, Java, and Matlab to automate manual processes, saving time and enhancing quality.

- Create user-friendly training materials and deliver process training to team members.

- Support method reviews by contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

- Document processes through user guides and manuals to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.

What You Will Bring:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VB, Java, Simulink, and Matlab.

- Experience with CAD software, particularly 3DX CATIA.

- Strong MS Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.

- A degree in Programming, Electrical, Mechanical, AI, or Software (preferred but not essential).
