Visual Designer - Figma

Visual Designer - Figma - sought by leading retail bank based in London - Contract - Hybrid

*Inside IR35 - umbrella*

What You'll Do:

• Design high-fidelity UI components, screens, and prototypes using Figma
• Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, digital-first visual systems
• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and developers
• Contribute to and maintain our design system and pattern libraries
• Iterate on design concepts based on user feedback, data, and testing insights
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in visual or UI design, ideally in fintech, ecommerce, or digital product environments
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and auto layout
• Strong portfolio showcasing design systems, responsive interfaces, and attention to detail
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Great communication skills-you can articulate design decisions clearly
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is a plus
