VNA Driver & Warehouse Operative Temp

You’ll be responsible for safe, accurate, and efficient movement of stock in a modern warehouse environment, working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and high-quality service to customers.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• Valid external VNA licence (minimum 6 months’ operating experience – no in-house licences accepted)
• Previous warehouse experience with solid understanding of safe handling and storage practices
• Ability to follow set processes consistently, even under pressure
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues across departments
• High levels of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail
• Resilient and dependable with a strong work ethic

Within this position, you’ll also be:

• Operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently (external licence required)
• Handling incoming goods, storage, and despatch in line with daily plans
• Conducting inventory checks, cycle counts, and supporting query resolution
• Loading and unloading materials safely and accurately
• Maintaining high standards of stock management and quality control
• Adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times
• Contributing to continuous improvement of warehouse processes
• Working as part of a collaborative team on a 4-on-4-off shift rotation covering days and nights
