Job Description - Voids Surveyor

I am looking for a Voids Surveyor to join a housing association in the west midlands. The Voids Surveyor is responsible for carrying out empty homes surveys. This role requires a Basic DBS.

Voids Surveyor duties:

Ensure that pre and post inspections are carried out to a high standard
Ensure all works are carried out within target times
To provide technical advice and support to internal and external customers
Carry out 4-5 surveys per day

What is required for the role:

Social Housing surveying experience
Up to date knowledge of Health and safety legislations
Experience in a similar role
Basic DBS
