Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join the team within the catering department of an academic institution for a temporary position this summer. • Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking customer orders accurately and providing menu recommendations when requested.
• Serving food and beverages to guests.
• Ensuring tables are clean and tidy at all times.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing any guest queries or concerns promptly.
• Assisting with setup and cleanup of the dining area.
• Complying with all health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work legally in the UK.
