special school in Walsall is currently seeking at least two Teaching Assistants to join their team immediately on a temporary to permanent basis.
? About the SchoolThis specialist setting supports pupils from Early Years through to Key Stage 3, with a focus on children who have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and
Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). ???? About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of complex learning needs in the classroom
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
• Assist with personal care, sensory activities, and communication strategies
• Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration and creativity

? Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Has experience working with children with SEND, particularly SLD or PMLD
• Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about inclusive education
• Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
