We are seeking committed and empathetic Teaching Assistants and Teaching Staff to join our team. Your role will involve working in SEN schools, supporting students with a variety of needs such as autism, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural challenges.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing tailored educational activities.
• Provide individualised or small group support to students.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address the unique needs of each student.
• Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.

• Relevant qualifications or experience in education or SEN support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
