• Job Type: Full-time, Covering sickness - to start asap for a couple of weeks.

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Meridian Business Park, Leicester. This role involves managing both goods in and goods out, as well as picking and packing items up to 10kg. This position offers the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Report any discrepancies or damages in the inventory.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Operative.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 10kg.
