Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a temporary full-time role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to support our logistics team in Cardiff!

Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full Time
Location: Cardiff CF24 5NN, Near the Splott Area of Cardiff
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: Choose between two working patterns: 07:00 am - 3:00 pm or 08:00 am - 4:00 pm

About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse documentation is well-organised and accessible. Your main responsibilities will include:

• • Sort out Risk Assessments, Training materials, Documents in the warehouse offices.
  • This includes: gathering all documents into one place, sorting by date.
  • Work with Health and Safety team to ensure formatting of the documents is in line with company standards.
  • Work with the Warehouse Team Leaders to assess the practicality of each documents, and identify any concerns.
  • Archive relevant material.
  • They may need to spend time on the warehouse floor to understand the meaning of some documents.

  The main goal of this role is to organise documentation in the warehouse, so the live and correctly formatted material is ordered and easy to find, and the remainder is archived
