? Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Openshaw. This is a pivotal role supporting our transition to a new ERP system, combining administrative duties with hands-on warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Collate customer orders, print labels, and prepare dispatch documentation
  
• Invoicing: Accurately manage invoicing for picked and processed orders
  
• Warehouse Support: Assist with locating and preparing items for dispatch
  
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues and clients
  

? Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
  
• Basic computer literacy, particularly for order and invoice management
  
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
