Position Details:

• Job Title: Warehouse Operative
• Location: Roxwell, Chelmsford (Own vehicle essential)
• Contract Type: Temp To Perm
• Hourly Rate: £12.21
• Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in our distribution process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing orders with precision and speed
• Receiving and documenting incoming stock efficiently
• Conducting regular stock checks to maintain our inventory management system
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A valid driver's licence and your own transportation
• Previous experience in a warehouse or a similar role is preferred
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A readiness to lift heavy items and engage in manual work
