Role: Warehouse Manager - 12 Month (FTC)
Location: North East Lincolnshire
Salary: £40,000-43,000 per annum

Our client, a thriving company in the FMCG sector, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee operations on an initial 12-month contract. In this role, you will lead the onsite warehousing and logistics functions, ensuring daily operations are completed efficiently with a hands-on approach to drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all direct reports to ensure daily customer orders are delivered in the most cost-effective manner.
* Guide the warehouse team to stay engaged, productive, and focused on problem-solving.
* Cultivate a Continuous Improvement culture within the business and implement new processes.
* Drive KPIs within your team, covering health and safety, quality, customer service, labour, and materials.
* Develop strong relationships and collaborate with other departments to ensure stock availability.
* Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage the supply of raw materials and packaging to production teams.
* Ensure all team training is completed in compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
* Ensure the WMS system is fully utilised, with information maintained in line with company procedures, ensuring up-to-date and accurate stock counts.

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager within the FMCG sector.
* Proven ability to maintain excellent Health & Safety standards.
* Experience with WMS systems and proficiency in their effective utilisation.
* Strong communication and leadership skills to build rapport with your team and deliver high performance.
