Warehouse Operatives with Counterbalance & Bendi Licences – Immediate Start!

Location: Coventry
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Ongoing, Full-Time

We are now recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Coventry for a well-established client, offering immediate starts and ongoing work. This role involves a 50/50 split between forklift operation (Counterbalance & Bendi) and general warehouse duties — perfect for candidates who like variety in their day.

Role Overview:

Operate Counterbalance and Bendi forklifts (50% of the time)
Perform general warehouse tasks (50% of the time) including loading, unloading, picking, and packing
Maintain clean and organised work areas
Follow health and safety guidelines

What You Need:

Valid Counterbalance and Bendi licence
Previous warehouse/forklift experience
Reliability and good attention to detail
A proactive and team-oriented approach
