Warehouse Operator

Role and key responsibilities for Warehouse Operator:

Coordinate the day-to-day activities for goods in, including accepting deliveries, identifying products, and scanning products into location.
Following and promoting health and safety procedures to ensure the welfare of yourself and those around you
In conjunction with the warehouse supervisor / warehouse manager, identify and resolve any stock anomalies.
Develop towards a multi skilled member of the team by way of cross training within other departments across our warehouse.
Liaise and work closely with the warehouse supervisor / warehouse manager on all matters of inventory management and control.
General warehouse tasks and high standard of housekeeping.
Ensure all processes and working practices comply to Company / Site procedures.
Maintain compliance to Health and Safety policy and all other associated Accreditations and procedures.
You must be comfortable dealing with queries on a day-to-day basis, deal with ad hoc tasks as required and be pro-active in your approach to maintaining compliance with company-wide processes and procedures.

Minimum Requirements for Warehouse Operator:

Strong work ethic
Self-motivated and proactive in using own initiative
Strong team ethos
Manual handling and heavy lifting required
Working level of English

Pay rate: £13.64 per hour

Working hours:
Monday to Friday
07:00 - 15:30
09:00 - 17:30
Rotating weekly
