Warehouse Operative

My client, based in Middleton are a supplier of packaging products to the bakery, food and catering industries.

You would handle the goods and products in warehouse or stockroom. 

You must have valid UK driving licelses (3 points maximim)

Job will involved:

• Receive deliveries of goods and supplies
• Order Picking
• Check for damaged or missing items
• Store goods
• Move stock around by hand, using lifting gear
• If required to go out driving for deliveres (3.5T van)

Pack orders

• Load, and sometimes deliver, goods
• Keep records of stock
• Keep paperwork up to date
• Clean work areas

Understanding and following health and safety rules would be essential in this job.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08.00-17.00 and Friday 08.00-16.30

Salary £12.21 per hour
