Our client located in Southend is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their growing team 

Location: Southend 

Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (6am - 6pm, Monday - Friday)

Salary: £12.21 per hour

About Us: Our client is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their expanding team where they pride ourselves on efficiency, teamwork, and a positive work environment. We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join the warehouse operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle, store, and distribute products within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to work a continental shift pattern (4 days on, 4 days off).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
