Warehouse Operative

Are you currently looking for an exciting new opportunity? Concept are currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse operatives in the Milton Keynes area, to be trained up on industry leading stock management systems and work in a warehouse environment on a rolling contract basis

You will be working for a leading IT services company completing day to day warehouse duties such as packaging and dispatch of goods, stock management and distribution

What will your day-to-day activities involve?

• The position will involve stock management and distribution around the warehouse.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Recording, packaging and dispatch of goods.
• Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
• Helping with unloading delivery vehicles, by hand or with a pallet truck.
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
• The positions is hands on, so candidates need to be comfortable working in a hands on role, including lifting, bending, kneeling etc.
• Full training will be provided.

What are we looking for?

• Experienced warehouse technicians .
• Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs.
• Forklift licence would be advantageous, but not essential .
• Able to work alone once trained.
• Ability to pass vetting check which includes full criminal and financial background checks

Working Hours and rates?

• Opportunity to work with industry leader
• Working hours are Monday - Friday (40hrs per week)
• Rate details - £130.40 per day

This role has been deemed an inside IR35 role, the above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to deductions and weekly umbrella fee
