Join our team as a Sales Office and Warehouse Operative, where you will be integral in managing both sales office duties and warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone who is proficient in pick/pack dispatch operations and has a counterbalance license. You will also handle sales order processing and customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a smooth flow from order to dispatch.

• Manage pick/pack dispatch operations using an online system for pallet and parcel.
• Handle phone calls for product price and availability inquiries.
• Process sales orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate a counterbalance forklift in the warehouse as required.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and dispatch activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise processes and improve customer service.

• Experience in a similar role within a sales office and warehouse environment.
• Valid counterbalance forklift license.
• Strong computer literacy to manage records and process orders.
• Excellent telephony skills for handling customer inquiries and sales processing.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK License and access to own vehicle required as location is not accessible via public transport

• Competitive pay rate of £12.50 per hour.
• Regular working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00-17:00; Friday, 09:00-16:00; No weekends.
