Warehouse Operative - Northampton (Swan Valley)
£12.21 per hour - Pay increase after 12 weeks
Monday to Friday with every other Saturday | 6:00am-3:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (depending on business needs)

Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a long-term opportunity in a busy warehouse environment? We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s growing team in Swan Valley, Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order picking using handheld scanners
• Loading and unloading containers
• Heavy lifting (items up to 25kg+)
• General warehouse duties as required

What we’re looking for:

• Shift will be either (6-3 or 9-6)
• Willingness to do overtime when required
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential

What you’ll get:
