Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Wellingborough

Shift Pattern: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Breaks: 2x 15-minute unpaid breaks

Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a stable warehouse position? We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Wellingborough. This role involves packing light items and requires attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack light items accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements:

• Ability to work the 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM shift pattern consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
