Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Picking & Packing)
Location: Farningham
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Schedule: 5 days out of 7, weekend availability essential

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team at a busy pack house environment. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing fruit and vegetables into boxes, ensuring products are properly labelled, and helping maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack fruit and vegetables into boxes for shipment.
Label boxes accurately with product details.
Ensure quality control standards are met by inspecting the products before packing.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily targets.
Perform general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and able to lift and move products.
Experience in picking and packing in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to work 5 days out of 7.
Need to drive (manual or automatic)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
