About the Role
Pertemps is currently recruiting for Chilled Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Tewkesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, has great attention to detail, and thrives in a team environment.
You’ll be working in a chilled (temperature-controlled) warehouse environment where you’ll play a key role in picking and preparing customer orders, maintaining stock rotation, and ensuring safe loading of vehicles for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using order tickets
Complete stock rotation and replenishment tasks
Load delivery vehicles securely and safely for transportation
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
Report incidents or hazards promptly
Carry out any other duties as directed by supervisors

What We’re Looking ForEssential:

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a chilled environment
Flexible with shift patterns and able to work weekends if needed

Desirable:

Previous experience in a warehouse, food production, or distribution role
Forklift truck license (or willingness to be trained)
Understanding of health & safety and food hygiene regulations

Full training will be provided for the right candidate, including equipment use and safe working practices.
