Warehouse Operative – (Forklift Licence Required)

Are you an experienced warehouse operative with a valid forklift licence? Join a well-established food manufacturing company specialising in the production of high-quality spices and herbs.

We’re currently looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to support our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of ingredients and finished products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods around the factory and warehouse.
• Loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely.
• Picking and packing products according to production and dispatch schedules.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and using warehouse systems.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid counterbalance or reach forklift licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow health & safety and food hygiene guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active role.
• Flexibility to work the fixed late shift (3:15 PM – 11:45 PM).

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate: £12.21 – £13.43 depending on experience.
• Regular working hours with a consistent shift pattern.

Pay: From £12.21 - £13.43 per hour

Location: Eastleigh, Southampton

Working Hours – (Mon to Fri) Morning Shift £3:15 pm - 11:45 pm
