We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our client's dynamic team on a temporary basis for around 3 months at their Record Centre in Aberdeen. Our client handles sensitive materials and data with the utmost care, ensuring their clients' needs are met efficiently. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Pay: £12.82 per hour

Location: Aberdeen

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that the operations run smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include

• Filling daily client work orders promptly upon receipt from Client Service.
• Processing rush work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Staging materials properly for Transport Specialists/Drivers before dispatch.
• Refiling file containers and tapes daily, adhering to allocated timescales.

• Conducting daily maintenance and safety checks of all record centre equipment.
• Maintaining assigned racking and row upkeep - keeping the space organised and efficient!
• Assisting with unloading/loading trucks/vans.
• Performing scheduled audits and processing destruction orders as needed.
• Completing daily paperwork before leaving for the day.
• Carrying out inbound tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection legislation.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key!
• Flexibility to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Physical ability for routine lifting, bending, and overhead stretching.
• Familiarity with scanning materials and handling boxes and pallet jacks.
• Valid counterbalance forklift license is desirable.
