We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Nantgarw. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, organised, and capable of handling various warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.

• Checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting stock for storage in the warehouse.

• Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimising space utilisation.

• Operating warehouse equipment to move stock and materials around safely.

• Following all health and safety procedures and regulations.

• Managing inventory by utilising RF scanning equipment to maintain accurate records.

• Preparing orders for dispatch as per the company’s standards and schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Warehouse Operative or similar role is preferred.

• Good organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift heavy objects.

• Current forklift licence is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
