Warehouse Operative

Our client is looking to recruit several production operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Duties:

• Work in a temperature-controlled environment-Including Ambient/Chill (2 - 5 degrees Celsius)
• Operate LLOP MHE Machinery
• Personally, maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety is always conducted
• Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 90%
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• Payrate ranges from £12.45 - £17.44 depending on shift
• £1.87/hr back shift allowance
• £3.12/hr night shift allowance
• £1.87/hr weekend shift allowance

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• You will be working 5 days over 7, including weekends
• 37.5 hours per week
• All shifts require you to work 2 in 5 weekends
• Days shift - 06:00 until 14:00
• Back shift - 14:00 until 22:00
• Night shift-m22.00 until 6.00
