Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a manufacturing company based in Crawley. This is a fixed-term contract until 31st October 2025, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent, depending on personal and business performance.

You’ll need previous warehouse experience and be able to commit to the full contract duration.

As a Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Picking & Packing
• Organising stock
• Goods In & Out
• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
• Adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a warehouse
• Able to commit to the contract until October 2025
• Based in Crawley or nearby
• Have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Available to start immediately

This is a fixed-term contract until 31st October 2025, working on a 4-on / 4-off shift pattern from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The role is based in Crawley, and due to the location, you will need to drive with access to your own vehicle.

Salary: £24,772 plus a £3,100 shift allowance, taking the total package to £27,872.

The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.
