Warehouse Operatives - Long-Term Opportunity

Location: [Trafford Park]

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Contract Type: Long-term

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We're currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a dynamic and hardworking team responsible for handling goods in and goods out.

This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy working to targets and being part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Offloading containers and general handballing

- Palletising goods and preparing shipments

- Assembling boxes for customer orders

- Bulk and case picking for a high-end client

- Operating a pump truck

- Processing a variety of product orders

- Fulfilling same-day orders - up to 38 pallets per day

- Meeting picking targets of 25 orders per hour

? What We're Looking For:

- Previous warehouse experience is essential

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet performance targets

- Safety boots and high-visibility vest are essential

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
