Job Description - Warehouse Operative

  • MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION!
  • Excellent 16-week temp-perm position
  • Warehousing
Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are looking for a Warehouse Operative for our valued client based in Bournemouth, BH23.

You MUST have your own mode of transport due to location as there is no public transportation available.

What we have to offer:
  • £12.60 per hour
  • A start date from the 1st of September available

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Packing and sorting parcels ready for dispatch
  • Able to lift heavy products independently and in a team setting
  • Woking in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met efficiency
  • Lifting as a team or independently
  • Maintaining great attention to detail across all work stations
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of working processes
  • Following standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Essential Criteria:
  • Experience within working in picking and packing in a warehouse/production environment
  • Excellent track of time record
  • Self-motivated
  • A great team player
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working towards targets
