Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £12.10 per hour + Weekly Bonuses

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Berry Recruitment Darlington is hiring Warehouse Operatives for a busy distribution centre in Newton Aycliffe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with long-term career prospects, including the chance to gain an HGV licence through structured training.

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Using warehouse systems to manage stock
• Supporting inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Operating FLT and other warehouse equipment (if qualified)
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets

• Previous warehouse experience
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Team player with strong communication skills

• Weekly bonuses for FLT, Fire Marshall, or First Aid certificates
• Temp-to-perm opportunity with career development
• Training programme with potential HGV licence support
