About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established organisation in the manufacturing industry. They are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join their team in Ledbury.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods, matching all relevant paperwork

· Report any suspicious activity related to company's freight and assets

· Follow established procedures for storing and rotating stock

· Notify Warehouse Supervisors of any damaged or missing goods

· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse environment

· Adhere to workplace health and safety rules when handling goods

· Ensure efficient operations by complying with operational procedures and schedules

· Assist with warehouse inventory controls using a hand-held scanner

· Handle materials and products with care and concern at all times

Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

· Must hold a current counterbalance certificate

· Preferable to have a current VNA certificate or be willing to train for it

· Experience in a fast-paced storage and distribution environment

· A willingness to learn and ability to problem-solve

· Good communication skills and an effective team player

· Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks

· Proactive and flexible approach

Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

· Additional relevant qualifications or certifications
