Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm

• Annual Salary: £12.60 Per Hour, Temp to Perm

• Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Peterborough. This role involves picking and packing, labelling, and scanning within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be efficient, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

• Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently.
• Labelling items correctly to ensure that they are ready for shipment.
• Scanning products to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organising and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with other team members to optimise warehouse processes.
• Following all safety guidelines and standards.

• Experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in picking, packing, and labelling.
• Familiarity with using scanning equipment and performing inventory checks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy items.
• Good communication skills.
