Rapier Employment Ltd is currently hiring Warehouse Operatives for our client in Crick.

Shifts & Pay:
4 on 4 off schedule
Days: 6am - 6pm | £12.52/hr
Nights: 6pm - 6am | £13.52/hr
Overtime: £18.78/hr
Ongoing work 
Immediate start

A Forklift license or similar certification and previous warehouse experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse.
- Working collaboratively to maintain smooth operations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
