Culina Logistics is the leading third party logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing, providing an excellent platform to food and drink manufacturers.

We are now recruiting for Warehouse Order Pickers to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Stafford (ST16).

Working in a fast paced environment, our Warehouse Order Pickers are responsible for the picking and palletising of packaged chilled products to retailers nationwide. In this role you will be trained to use MHE equipment such as PPT and LLOP as part of our company induction, followed by a thorough training programme on our picking procedure.

As a business, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our employees based around working 4 On 4 Off – work 45% of the year. The hours of the shift are 7.00am to 7.00pm, with three 30 minutes break per shift.



The salary for this role is £26,008.98 (£12.50 P/H) per annum, with overtime opportunities available. Overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.

We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic and real attention to detail, who want to build a career in logistics. Though previous experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment would be an advantage, this is not a requirement as full training will be given following the induction. Our roles are physical and based in a busy distribution centre, so colleagues will be constantly active throughout their working shift.
