Job Description - Warehouse Picker Packer

Job Title: Warehouse Picker Packer (Day Shift/Back Shift)
Location: EH48 2FB
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 weeks- Temporary initially opportunity for Permanent
Pay Rate: £14.68 per hour until 10pm/ £18.35 per hour after 10pm
Working Hours:
Day Shift (6am-3pm) 5 days over 7 on 3 weekly rotating
Back Shift (16:00-00:00 or 17:30-02:00) Wednesday-Sunday

Weekend working required

Join a fast-paced distribution centre as a Warehouse Picker/Packer!

Main duties:

Picking and packing supermarket orders efficiently
May be working in a cold environment- Chilled/Refrigerated area
Operate barcode scanners or handheld devices to track inventory and ensure correct picking.
Handling heavy lifting as part of the job
Working as part of a supportive team

Key Skills:

Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
Being able to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and keep track of orders
Efficiently managing time ensures that tasks are completed promptly.
Reliable and able to work the rotating shift pattern
Good attention to detail
Previous warehouse experience
