Warehouse & Logistics Senior Supervisor

Temp to Perm

Rushden

09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday

£31,000 per annum - £14.90 per hour

ACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting for a dynamic and hands on Warehouse & Logistics Senior Supervisor for our client in the Rushden area. You will be working for a leading merchant supplier who cover the whole of the UK.

Key duties will include:

Complete health and safety checks.
Conduct warehouse meetings with all staff, including health and safety points.
Run batch orders and ensure the operation is suitably manned.
Allocate duties to staff based on order size.
Plan staff to ensure customer orders are packed on time and in full.
Report all absentees and outstanding warehouse shipments
Manage the flow of orders through the CRM and the warehouse
Continuously monitor pick rates and KPI's
Support and assist in the implementation of projects and initiatives.
Liaise with all areas of the business to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend regular internal meetings.
Maintain an accurate log of issues, including IT and order problems.
Book in and complete an Excel log of all customer orders.
Ensure drivers' manifests are printed, completed, and signed by the driver.
Report any issues with vehicles to the logistics company immediately and log them for management review.
