Warehouse Team Leader PM

Warehouse Team Leader PM required for a busy ambient warehouse in Avonmouth, BS11

Training will be required for the first few weeks on a 06:00-14:00 shift pattern before commencing into your full time 14:00-22:00 Pm shift.

Pay rate – 0600-1400 - £13.69 per hour
Pay rate –1400-2200 - £14.19 per hour
Overtime is paid at x1.5 hourly rate, where applicable
shifts – Monday - Friday 14:00-22:00
Temporary-to-permanent contract
Approx 1 mile from Avonmouth train station, free parking on site or easily accessible from Lawrence Weston area

About the role

Act as the first point of contact for warehouse team members on your shift.
Perform daily team briefings and ensure a smooth and efficient shift handover
To ensure that the daily workload is completed to the required standard, with the labour required and within the agreed timescales.
Ensure all personnel adhere to all Company, legal, environmental, ISO, SOP, WI security and Health and Safety procedures and standards
Participate in daily management meetings and site walk-rounds as needed
To cover any inventory duties when required, which could include, managing the PI count and quality check schedules, or anything in relation to stock management.
Compile, collate and review data required for necessary operational reports

The right candidate

Previous experience of leading a team, preferably within a FMCG environment
Previous experience with disciplinary procedures
Flexibility with regards to working additional hours when required as determined by the needs of the business and the customer
IT literate
